Babrik Shah is a versatile and multi-talented former Pakistani television and film star who has acted in countless hit Pakistani films and drama serials. His famous dramas include Baaghi, Dastaan, Pani Jaisa Pyar, Ghar and others. His famous films include Sarkar, Koi Tujh Sa Kahan, Kyun Tum se Pyar itna, Mahi Aaway ga, Tarap, Zameen Ke Khuda and Muhabbatan Sachyaan. He also appeared in a few Pushto films and dramas. Currently, the actor is making headlines for his back to back bold statements about Pakistani superstars.
In a recent interview Sheikhiyan, hosted by Sheikh Qasim, Babrik Shah has made fun of Humayun Saeed’s stardom and also proved why Humayun Saeed is a flop film actor.
Talking about it, Babrik Shah said, “Humayun Saeed appeared in Inteha as a villain, Zeeshan Sikandar played the hero, and Samina Peerzada directed it. It was a complete flop. He also did No Paisa No Problem, which was another major flop. After that, he produced a film for India along with Aehsun Talish and other Pakistani actors. The film was Main Ek Din Laut Ke Aunga, but it didn’t perform well. Then he made Main Hoon Shahid Afridi, which was moderately successful, and later appeared in Actor in Law in a guest role. Now, if you count the number of films, including his hits like JPNA & Punjab Nahi Jaungi, they are no more than ten. So nobody can become a superstar after doing just twelve films. If he is a superstar, then who is Shaan Shahid, who has appeared in more than 500 films?” Here is the link to the video:
