When host Nabeeha Ejaz asked where the rumor originated that Esra Ayesha is his sister-in-law, Babrik Shah replied, “It is not true that she is my wife’s sister. Had it been true, she would have been a member of our family. I think either Ramsha Salahuddin mistakenly spread this news, or they used it themselves for PR purposes. We have no blood relation with her. They are Afridis, I am a Syed, and my wife is a Mohmand—these are separate castes among Pakhtoons.
