Babrik Shah and Laila are veteran Pakistani film actors who are currently gaining popularity following their appearance on the hit reality show Tamasha Season 5. Babrik has consistently been a prominent and strong contestant on the show, while Laila also managed to grab the spotlight throughout her 35 days in the Tamasha house.
The noticeable thing between them is that, despite belonging to the same industry, they do not share a good camaraderie and frequently fight with each other. Laila especially tends to target Babrik and call him out for no clear reason; she has also been seen plotting against him and revealing unnecessary details regarding his personal and professional life.
Recently, in episode 34 promo released by the Tamasha makers, Babrik can be seen reacting aggressively to Laila’s harsh commentary and allegations against him.
In the promo, Laila calls out Babrik Babrik for involving into a conversation with Laila, which offended Babrik. He said that he had been ignoring Laila for the last 32 days at Tamasha house, while she had been pointing him out for no reason. Babrik also said that Laila had no shame and that she always fights with the young girls and draws competition. Babrik also questioned Laila, saying, “What’s your problem with me? I have never said anything to you, but you have been targeting me. Go get your treatment done.” Laila got hysterical, saying, “You get your treatment done,” and mimicked him, “I’m Babrik Shah, a hero. No, you are zero.” Watch here:
This sparked a debate on social media, where many loved and sided with Babrik Shah and felt satisfied over his aggressive response. One social media user commented that it was a long-awaited response from Babrik, stating it was great that he finally spoke up and gave the self-obsessed Laila a reality check. Another wrote, “Had I been Babrik, I would have slapped Laila on day one for her behavior.” Another user observed, “Whether you agree or not, I am sure Laila was rejected by Babrik in the past; that is why she holds so much resentment and so many grievances against him.” A third commenter agreed with his observations, stating, “When Babrik mentioned that she is always targeting young girls and picking on them, he was absolutely right.” Another fan wrote, “From day one, an anti-Babrik agenda has been running in the house, yet no one is talking about it.
