Like every year, ARY Digitial is airing the new season of famous reality show of India Big Boss 9 to be hosted by Salman Khan. The show will be aired at 10 pm daily on Monday to Friday from 12th October 2015. Since its first season, Big Boss a show made for Indian audience is also aired simultaneously on ARY Digital a channel majorly viewed by Pakistani audience.
To telecast Big Boss, ARY has already shifted the time slots of two soap dramas Gurya Raani and Dile Barbaad which were earlier telecasted from 10 pm to 11 pm.
Indian films are extremely popular in Pakistan and some how overshadow the fact that Indian television content is also widely viewed in Pakistan. The Indian television content makes the highest proportion of Foreign content on Pakistani entertainment channels. The content comprises of reality shows like Big Boss, Dance/Music contests like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, Award Shows and Soap dramas.
