According to tweets from Amir Khan’s account, Amir and his wife and his wife Faryal Makhdoom appear to be divorcing. Amir has accused Faryal of cheating on him with Anthony Joshua.
He posted a series of tweets regarding the matter:

After wishing her best of luck, the boxer posted a screenshot pointing at his wife cheating on him with another boxer, Anthony Joshua.

Soon after witnessing this drama, Anthony Joshua, the man Amir accused Faryal of having an affair with, tweeted saying that it wasn’t him that was involved with Amir Khan’s wife:
