Natasha Lakhani, granddaughter of the legendary Madam Noor Jehan, is a top Pakistani makeup artist. Her salon is famous for celebrity makeovers, and her skills have made her one of the best in the industry. Many brides blindly trust Natasha Salon for their special days, including Mehndi, Barat, and Walima. However, the salon is currently facing backlash for poor services and unprofessionalism.
Recently, a Walima bride, Fatima Afzal Sheikh, exposed Natasha Lakhani and Natasha Salon for unprofessional work and disappointing services.
Fatima revealed that Natasha, whom she had paid 80k in advance, used very old and worn-out makeup palettes for her big day. Despite having healthy skin, her base turned dry, yellow-toned, and cracked within minutes, and Natasha applied a warm red lipstick even though Fatima had specifically said it wouldn’t suit her. Her hair quickly came undone, and her dupatta wasn’t properly pinned, adding to the disappointment. Fatima said the artist arrived late, with earphones in, barely listened to her preferences, and completed the entire makeup in just 30 minutes, leaving her feeling ignored and frustrated. She revealed that the makeup artist used alcohol-laden makeup wipes that burned her eyes. Even her photographers were alarmed at the poor results, and despite trying to stay composed, Fatima admitted wiping off part of her lipstick in tears during the photoshoot.
The bridal client further warned others not to book Natasha for their special day, saying, “PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING YOUR MAKEUP WITH NATASHA. She doesn’t have a Google location, or I could have just read the reviews and saved myself from going to her based on just her ‘Instagram aura.’”

Fatima further added, “Bear in mind she has over 1 Million following – I have had 300+ horrible reviews in my comments about her unprofessional attitude and poor service and you were right about her deleting comments. Beyond Beauty Natasha has deleted all the comments made on her Instagram and not responded to my refund request message on insta or whatsapp”
Social media users are also criticizing Natasha Lakhani. One wrote, “Her connection to singer Noor Jehan is the reason for her fame… which is why people follow her.” Another commented, “She did a horrible job on Areeba Habib as well. The girl is so pretty but looked so average at her wedding.” A netizen thanked the client, saying, “I’m proud of you for speaking up and warning others.” A fan also criticized her professionalism, writing that she offers one-sided terms and conditions, stating that each complaint should be denied and that there is no refund policy.
