Case No. 9 is the story of a rape survivor in Pakistan. How a woman who has already gone through so much pain is ostracized by society, the legal system and workplace. Saba Qamar and Fayal Quraishi are playing the main characters of Kamran and Sehar. The legal battle is now reaching social media as Kamran runs a smear campaign against Sehar.
Sehar Moazzam played by Saba Qamar finally takes a step as she records her side of the story and shares it on social media. She is a woman who is determined to fight till the end. She requests society to not oppress her further if they cannot speak for her. Case No. 9 has shown a great phenomenon of how important people raising their voices helps victims who are going through hell. Lawyer and activist Jibran Nasir and artist and activist Shehzad Roy had cameos in the episode. They both tweeted for Sehar Moazzam and their voices amplified the voice of a common woman like Sehar who had no one in her corner.
