The director of the drama Saqib Khan has received a lot of appreciation for how beautifully and realistically he filmed this show. He is the name behind dramas like Tumharey Husn Ke Naam, Khushboo Mein Basay Khat and Fraud. He is also the husband of actress Uroosa Siddiqui.
Saqib Khan took to Instagram and appreciated the whole cast for their hardwork and contributions to this drama. From Nameer Khan, Sakina Samo and Deepak Perwani to Faisal Rehman, Tazeen Hussain and Usama Khan, everyone got a nod from the director himself. He appreciated them all and pointed out how they made Qarz e Jaan this grand.
The lead actress of this drama Nashwa Behzaad aka Yumna Zaidi got a special nod from the director who revealed how important she was for this show to happen. Saqib Khan revealed that initially he wanted to shoot this drama in Swat as this story had a rural edge to it but things did not work out last minute and they urbanized the script. The second thing which he was firm about was casting Yumna Zaidi as nashwa as he did not want anyone else to play this character. He praised her grace and how she gave the more inexperienced co-actors space to perform. The script remained with the director for two years before coming on our screens.
