Dr Bahu is a drama that is winning hearts with its intriguing story line. The show has a stellar cast and it is directed by Mehreen Jabbar. Despite Kubra Khan and Shuja Asad in the lead, Hajra Yamin as Minna is the one who has been getting all the attention.
Minna is coming into her own in Dr Bahu as she has embraced her situation and she is calling the shots. She called out her mother-in-law for enabling male chauvanism in the house as well as exposed her husband in the best way. How she exposed Faizan and Amber’s marriage and pregnancy in the cool and calm manner that is a part of her personality was epic. Shahnawaz and Farheen were left open-mouthed while Faizan is finally exposed for the betrayal he has done to his wife.
