Dua Malik is a former Pakistani television anchor who has hosted multiple live shows on TV channels. She is also known as a motivational speaker and Life coach on digital media. Dua got married to popular singer Sohail Javed in 2014, the couple has three children and they are settled in the USA.
Recently, Dua Malik gave an interview to Sabih Sumair for his YouTube channel. In her interview, Dua Malik replied to Nadia Khan’s statement regarding not letting her kids to work in the media industry.
Talking about casting couch, Dua Malik said, “I never thought about the casting couch as it never happened to me and Humaima. Everyone has a personality; some industry girls are very beautiful, but they lack certain qualities like firmness. They can’t say no to anyone. Humaima and I are different — we are like men in that sense; if anyone comes to us with such intentions, we punch back. I used to be a bit cowardly, but Humaima is very brave woman, so we had never faced anything like this.” Here is the link to the video:
She further added, “I am teaching my children to stay away from the entertainment industry. I don’t want my kids to be part of this profession, which is why I took them to the USA. Although my daughter has learned piano on her own, it’s because she is naturally gifted.”
