Lately, Faisal Rehman gave a short interview to senior journalist and YouTuber Ambreen Fatima. In the interview he talked about the criticism of his shirtless video. He also opened up about his marriage and acting career.
Talking about it, Faisal Rehman said, “Yes, it sparked backlash. Actually, people have been watching me for so long that they think I’m old and about to die. But by posting such videos, I want to show that I’m still capable of doing good roles—not necessarily young characters, but significant ones. People will criticize you no matter how positive you become. I don’t pay heed to such criticism because people speak their hearts. Yes, I know there was a lot of backlash. I want the backlash to come; I am soon posting another video, which will be bigger than the previous one.”
