Nisar Qadri was a prominent Pakistan Television actor who passed away today at the age of 82. His funeral prayers will be offered on Monday in Chaklala. Nisar Qadri appeared in countless hit ptv drama serials. He was famous for playing negative characters. Nisar Qadri also appeared in a few comedy shows. He was awarded with the Presidential award of Excellence in 2016 for his services to TV, Radio and Stage.
The senior actor began his artistic career with Radio Pakistan in 1966, he became popular through his iconic dialogue “Machis Hogi Aap Kay Paas?” from the famous drama serial “Ik Haqeeqat Ik Afsana”. Nisar Qadri’s popular dramas include Khuwahishain, Aatish, Pooray Chaand Ki Raat, Adhi Dhoop, Iztarab, Angar Wadi, Nijat, Bahadur Ali, Karwan and Samundar. The news of his passing was shared by famous actor Nabeel Zafar.
