Farhan Ally Agha is an actor who has maintained his stardom through three decades now. He started his career initially as a model and later transitioned into acting. He has worked in many dramas and he has performed different characters from lead to senior. He is also known for his fitness and how consistent he is about his routine. He has remained Mr Karachi in his younger days and he has maintained that physique till date.
Farhan Ally Agha was a guest on Gup Shab and shared fitness advice. He said that what you eat is 85% of what you will look like. You should eat healthy and organic food as pure food will keep you looking fitter. Try to obtain natural foods and that is something that he has done over the years. He added that the remaining 15% is consistent exercise and you need to be disciplined about it.

He also shared that nowadays the younger people are dissociated. Their body and minds are not connected. They are thinking about something else while they are doing something completely different. He added in older times even if people had their minds and bodies dissociated, there was still a connection which is missing nowadays. Thus people should be more disciplined and connected to themselves.
