Faryal Gohar was previously married to renowned TV actor Jamal Shah, but the two later parted ways. She eventually married again, though not many people know about her second marriage.

Talking about it, Faryal Gohar said, “In 2002, I was married, and my husband was a millionaire doctor — a dermatologist in California who earned in millions.”
She further added, “Yes, I did marry again in my life. He passed away from cancer. He was a Pakistani doctor in California. I used to live between California and Pakistan. He saw me at a dentist’s clinic — he was my dentist’s brother. He was a gem of a person. After nine years of marriage, he died of cancer. Now, I spend time with my pets and that’s my life. I have seen many loved ones who lost their lives to cancer”
