Miss Marvel is one of the most awaited shows of Marvel Entertainment. Iman Vellani, stars as Kamala Khan in the series and what was a breath of fresh air that they cast Pakistani actors to play many Pakistani characters as Miss Marvel is also a Pakistani American girl in comics.
Fawad Khan, Mehwish Hayat and Nimra Bucha will be starring in some prominent roles in the series. Now, it is reported that both the stars will be playing Miss Marvels’ great grandparents.
Fawad Khan and Mehwish Hayat will play Hassan and Aisha, the great grandparents of Kamala Khan. They will portray characters from pre-partition era and what happened during that time will probably be a part of their story. According to some sources, Kamala Khan’s grandparents role come up in a flash back scene and that is where we will probably spot our Pakistani stars.
