The actor, however, still got bashed recently for his role by his colleague Nadia Afgan.
Nadia Afgan was speaking about Behroopia and Faysal Quraishi’s performance in Kya Drama hai. She said that she thinks Faysal is not speaking proper English. His character Kabir keeps saying Gottcha! What kind of a word is that.

Faysal Quraishi is now hitting back in his own way. The actor took Behroopia’s director Shaquielle Khan and they both addressed this criticism. The actor said that in the USA, a specific demographic will say Gottcha instead of Got You and Kabir is shown to be a character who is influneced heavily by a foreigner frined of his and he imitates those mannerisms. Shaquielle Khan also added that Kabir, the character speaks a certain way and his reason for doing that is explained thus he does not need to say more. But still if there will be a mistake, they will correct it.
