He further talked about the concept of marital rape in Pakistani society, talking about it he said, “In our society people don’t talk about the consent of women, well, they quote Islamic teachings that it is compulsory for wife to abide by the husband but it is never instructed to men about how they should be with wives, they should be gentlemen, they should be pleasing, neat, and clean.
