Ghazal Siddiqui is a renowned television actor from the past who has acted in multiple Pakistan television plays like Marvi , Wo Kon Hai, Chaand Tara and others. Fazila Qazi and Ghazal Siddiqui both have been married for around 25 years and often talk about their family life.
Recently, the two actors were guests in Good Morning Pakistan where they talked about their sacrifices for making home beautiful.
Talking about it, Fazila Qazi said, “I started working at a new TV channel, many other actors were also doing jobs there. Had I not left that job, I believe I would have been more successful in my career. But Kaiser wanted me to leave. He used to say, ‘Whenever I come home, I feel like an orphan without a woman in the house.’ but deep down it was also my own wish to be with my children and create a perfect home. That has always been my ultimate wish and passion because of my hobby of reading digests. I believe if you feel content as a housewife, then it means you are truly content in life.” Here is the link to the video:
Ghazal Siddiqui also shared her story of leaving Pakistan, she said, “My son was very young, and my husband had a wish for him to send him abroad for his studies because my husband was an PHD from Oxford University, he didn’t want to compromise on our son’s education. We both resigned from our jobs in Pakistan, applied for immigration, and eventually moved to Canada. Our son was 11 years old when we relocated, after wrapping up everything in Pakistan. The reason I went with them was that I wanted my son to be raised with our cultural values — and no one can instill those values better than a mother.” Here is the link to the video:
She further said that her husband knew she had left a channel as a host in Pakistan, so he sent her résumé to all the major broadcasting networks in Canada so that she could also pursue her passion for hosting, which was a very kind and special gesture from him. Here is the link to the video:
