Former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar is one of the most known Chief Justices of Pakistan. Chief Justice is one of the most authoritative person of the country. He used to make sudden visits of the hospitals and other departments as well. People use to mock him to improve his own department i.e judiciary first than think about others. Justice Saqib Nisar started collecting money for building a Dam. People contribute whole heartedly for this pious purpose. Ad campaigns were ran on Electronic Media, Print Media and Social Media. Salary of government employees were deducted and sent to the dam fund. As soon as Justice Saqib Nisar was retired and he made his farewell speech he disappeared. People started asking about their money and are still asking but no one is there to answer their questions. No one knows where the money regarding dam funds went.
