Adnan Siddiqui is a big name of the industry and he is a very successful star of Pakistan. He just got a government award as well and he is trying his hand at big productions alongside doing diverse characters on screen. Adnan Siddiqui came under a lot of fire as he appeared on Nida Yasir’s Shan e Suhoor. He spoke about women in a derogatory way and called them houseflies.

Adnan said that women are like houseflies who keep getting away if you chase them and come settle on you once you stop bothering about them. This did not go too well with other people and Adnan also apologized.

Iqrar ul Hassan has been in the news recently for his marriage to anchor Aroosa Khan. The news broke out on social media about their alleged marriage and later on it was confirmed. Ismat Zaidi is a veteran actress of the Pakistani drama industry. She has been working for years and she has done some really great projects in her long career and she is still doing good dramas. She was a guest on Ghazal Siddique’s podcast and shared what needs to change in the industry in order to make it more positive.

She talked about how artists are not correctly paid till date. She added that there should be a criteria on what an artist with so much experience deserves. She added that many times the production is paying so much money to an actor who may have started 2 years ago and ignore the rights of senior artists. Ismat said that she has had these bad experiences in the productions of actors who should have known better.
