She further said that she didn’t have much exposure and knowledge about depression because she belongs to a middle class family where most of the people just had their normal graduation degrees average and no awareness of things like mental health”. While sharing her depression story, Saheefa Jabbar Khattak also called out her therapist who was being rude to her and was only concerned about her other appointments, her time and money. She said that a therapist should be concerned about the health of his/her patients.
She also said there were times when she suffered from severe panic attacks and had suicidal thoughts. Saheefa Jabbar Khattak further added, “my long distance relationship made me realize that I am suffering from a chronic depression, previously, the understanding about my depression was blurred in my mind. I was taking anti depressants after every few hours, I don’t even remember my meeting with my husband. Jaan e Jahan is a love story weaved around a magical world of poetry, wealth and angst. The main attraction of this drama is the comeback of Hamza Ali Abbasi on the television screen. He is playing the goody two shoes Shahram who always takes the high road and his love for Mahnoor played by Ayeza Khan is pure. Mahnoor is also in love with Shahram but the society dynamics have made them take decisions that are keeping them away from each other. Meanwhile, Shahram has done everything in his power to facilitate Mahnoor and her family but Mahnoor is not being as gracious as she should be with the situation.

Radd episode 5 aired this Wednesday. Radd is a new drama serial on ARY Digital, starring Sheheryar Munawar, Hiba Bukhari, and Arsalan Naseer. It revolves around a dramatic plot with unrequited love and complicated relationships. The latest episode of Radd featured a new style of revenge reminiscent of the ‘iconic’ Komolika scenes from Star Plus.
In episode 5 of Radd, we saw Asma Abbas, a distraught mother-in-law-to-be, sharing a unique and distasteful way to express anger towards her prospective daughter-in-law.
