I was comfortable working with him but he had nothing for me, I had to leave industry because I didn’t have work, also, I agree Saima ji was meant for all the Punjabi films because she was beautiful in looks like a Punjabi woman, but I could do work in Urdu films, he can’t say that I don’t know my work. Cricket is the only sport in this country that brings monetary benefits. It is the only sport that is watched and gets state support. Businesses flock towards it and you become a hit among the masses if you are a cricketer even if you are massively average. The stardom linked with cricket has elevated it in Pakistan and it gets all the investments. Cricketers are however still not very good and they are generally seen disappointing the fans.

Arshad Nadeem is the most decorated athlete in the country right now with the country’s first ever and only Olympic gold medal in any track events. He has reached this position after a lot of hard work and resilience. He had no support and brought glory for Pakistan single-handedly.

The athlete spoke to the international media after his gold win and shared his journey with the world. He revealed that he wanted to be a cricketer and he used to play as a fast bowler. He could not continue it due to lack of resources and later on tried playing football, kabbadi and other athletics. He then discovered javelin throw and he has managed to become world no. 1 in the sport. Starting his journey from his village with no pathway ahead, Arshad Nadeem is an inspiration for youth with the way he has carved out a path for himself.

Here is how Arshad Nadeem reached the javelin after passing through the corridors of cricket:

She is a single mother of three sons and she is a woman who speaks the truth and gives her opinion without shying away from what people may say about her opinions. She is also an animal lover and a very spiritual being who has learnt a lot from the obstacles in her life.

Mathira was a guest on Wasi Shah’s show and she spoke about her life, career and her relationship with her father. Her father was Zimbabwean and her mother is a Pakistani. She had to leave her life in Zimbabwe as she came back to Pakistan when she was 14. She had to go through so much in her life and her father was never there to support her. She spoke to him just when she was 14 and he passed away 3 years ago. She never spoke to him again as he did not come when she needed him the most.

This is what she said:

Mathira also spoke about how she was deported in the middle of the night without any of her stuff when political tensions started in Zimbabwe and how that painful time effected her mentally as she is now ready for anything life throws at her.

This is what Mathira shared:

Arshad Nadeem is a Pakistani Olympic champion and gold medalist. The javelin throwing star has brought an Olympic medal for Pakistan after nearly four decades and he just made the whole nation happy with his hard work and resilience despite lack of support. Arshad Nadeem broke the Olympic record with two throws of over 90 meters and Pakistanis are rejoicing.

Arshad has never received any state support. His parents and his family are the only ones who have been with him in his journey. The nation is proud of this young athlete working hard and showing youngsters how resilience does pay off. Arshad’s mother and his brother also spoke to the media after their son won the gold and their emotions are simply what the whole country is feeling right now.

His mother is thankful to Allah SWT and she is grateful that the whole nation was praying for her son’s victory. She spoke to Public News and also shared sweets with the reporters interviewing her:

A resilient nation with sons like Arshad Nadeem who keep fighting for the green and white flag despite not getting any support from the state and being let down by every authority out there. Arshad Nadeem rose to prominence with his last Olympics bout and now he has achieved the glory this country was waiting for, for 32 years. Pakistan’s ace javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem has once again made Pakistan proud by winning the gold medal in the Paris Olympics 2024. It was a historic win for Pakistan. Total seven Pakistani players took part in the Paris Olympics and Arshad Nadeem managed to grab a gold medal in the final quest of the Javelin Throw in the Paris Olympics 2024. His throw was 92.97-metre long. His second highest was also 90 metre long. The ace Pakistani Javelin thrower launched a throw of 92.97-meter in his second attempt which was enough for him to secure a gold medal because no one launched this much long throw in all the rounds. India’s Neeraj Chopra secured second position and won silver medal and Grenada’s Anderson secured third position, he won the bronze medal.

Well, the whole nation was awake to see Arshad Nadeem winning the Gold medal and almost everybody was rooting for his win ahead of 14th August. Arshad Nadeem himself was happy after winning the medal and also shared his message with Pakistanis. He thanked Allah, his parents and Pakistanis for their prayers. Nowadays, Mishi Khan has been raising her voice against the agenda based web-series Barzakh that starred top Pakistani actors including Salman Shahid, Sanam Saeed and Fawad Khan. The web series blatantly promoted all the big sins and crimes that are clearly forbidden in Quran and are punishable in world and hereafter. The film makers and many actors supported the web-series, Rubina Ashraf, Nadia Khan and many others were among those who promoted it.

Mishi Khan has given a befitting reply to the celebrities’ recent statements in the favour of Barzakh. She also called them out for subotaging Maria B’s noble cause. Remember that these celebrities called out Maria B for legally taking action against Barzakh.

Mishi Khan said, “Maria B is my friend and a very devoted Muslim who has been raising voice against the LGBTQ agenda and I stand with her. I would like to reply to those actors who are defending Barzakh and are urging us to raise the voice for the core issues like inflation, lack of education and health facilities and Joblessness, I would like to ask them, why don’t you raise voice on these issues ? Why don’t you talk about it? You speak up on these issues, for us raising voice against LGBTQ is the priority, it is condemnable it has been smoothly launched in Pakistan. Now, it is being showcases and discussed openly through Barzakh so it is our duty to raise the voice against it, if you love such evils, practice them behind the closed doors. And to the model, who said, ‘why to bring religion into everything?’, Listen! Quran has strong verses against this biggest Fitna (Evil)” Here is the link to the video:
