During the shooting, people gathered around her and started disturbing her. Saima decided to take some rest at a nearby house. The driver took her to my house, which was in Iqbal Town. My wife was not home. When she returned, she asked, ‘Who is in the house?’ They replied, ‘Saima.’ She was shocked but then went inside the kitchen, prepared tea and snacks for her, handed them over to the servants, and went to her room. It was a great gesture by Rukhsana. She was setting things up to observe Saima, and Saima ultimately proved herself.”

Although I have a high pain threshold, this time, the pain was unbearable. I took painkillers and even opted for an epidural, but it wasn’t enough to relieve the pain. They had to give me an extra dosage after which I got relieved. Illiyeen was born at 7:25. My delivery was quicker this time, but the pain was far more intense. Thankfully, it was a normal delivery without any complications. I was discharged the next morning.”
