Wali and Maya played by Samar Jafri and Aina Asif are all set to join a medical college. Their MDCAT aka Medical Test Entrance Exam was held and they both got through. MDCAT is among the most difficult competitive exams in Pakistan. The way it was portrayed has started a debate.
