His only sibling, sister Fazeela Abbasi is a famous dermatologist and people have been seeing her on television for years now. She has clinics in Islamabad and Dubai but she is in hot waters how for her financial matters.
Dr Fazeela Abbasi is under investigation by the FIA for alleged money laundering of over 25 billion rupees. Hamza and their mother has also been linked to a joint account which she used for this alleged money laundering. Her cases are pending in court and people were questioning Hamza Ali Abbasi about this controversy and if his sister is guilty.
