Pakistani and Indian cricket players seem to be the angry enemies of each other on the field but they share an amazing camaraderie outside the field. Well, lately, the brilliant Pakistani cricketer Abdul Razzaq appeared in Nadir Ali’s podcast where he shared an amazing fun fact regarding the Indian cricket player Harbhajan Singh, who, according to him, is quite a witty and a friendly player of the Indian Squad.
Abdul Razzaq revealed about Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh’s love for Pakistani comedian’s famous stage dramas. Abdul Razzaq said that he used to keep the CDs of Pakistani Punjabi stage dramas. He said, “Actually, Harbhajan asked me for the CDs for which I went to his room. I had to give him those CDs, Harbhajan Singh was quite fond of Pakistani comedy stage shows, I gave him 30 to 40 CDS. I used to carry the CDs with me all the time, especially, on the long tours like West Indies. We would watch these dramas as there was nothing much to do”. Have a look at the video link:
Pakistani dramas were quite popular in India, old popular dramas like Ankahi, Tanhayan, Dhoop Kinare and Bakra Qiston per were very popular in India and people used to watch the shows through cassettes and CDs.
