Hasan Jahangir is a legend of Pakistani music industry. His song Hawa Hawa has been a fan favourite for three generations now. He brought persona and style to Pakistani music. He is still as fit and his songs are still being copied. He was a guest on FHM podcast and spoke about his career, fitness and fashion.
Hasan Jahangir spoke about how he used to research magazines and he would go and buy clothes from Landa Bazar to make outfits that went on to become iconic. He also shared that he was the one who introduced the style of taking the shirt off on stage in the subcontinent which was later on copied everywhere including by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.
He said that he was a star in the 80s and he was the one who would undress on stage. Salman Khan made his debut quite later and then adopted the style.
