While returning from the UK, Hina shared a video taking a sarcastic dig at the restrictions women face in Pakistan.
Hina Altaf said, “It is my last day in the UK before going back to Karachi, so I wanted to enjoy my last breakfast in London before returning to the prison in Karachi. Women in Pakistan can’t live, breathe, and enjoy the freedom. It has even become hard for women to walk around public streets. Being a girl in Pakistan feels like a crime. London you were good, my stay was amazing here” Watch her video:
Social media users are agreeing with Hina Altaf, stating that the current safety situation in the country is deteriorating rapidly and that Pakistan, despite being a Muslim-majority country, is not safe for anyone. Many users commented that she is simply stating the bitter facts—a reality that many living in Pakistan are reluctant to admit. On the other hand, several netizens are criticizing Hina for speaking against the country, taunting her and telling her to stay in the UK. Read the comments:
