Fahim Burney is counted among the most successful directors who introduced Wahaj Ali, Farhan saeed and others. He is known for his filmy style of story-telling and he has given so many hit Pakistani dramas in the last few years. The director was a guest on Fuchsia and spoke about his passion for arts and how he likes to give a chance to new talent.
Fahim Burney revealed that he hintrduced Farhan saeed in dramas with De Ijazat Jo Tu and he knew that farhan had th talent. e has also introduced Goher Mumtaz and Junaid Khan. He shared a very interesting story of how he gave Wahaj Ali his first chance in dramas.
He shared that he saw Wahaj Ali who was working as a line producer on Nadia Khan’s show. He wanted to become an actor and fahim Burney told him to lose weight in 6 months and come see him. Wahaj was dedicated and lost weight in 6 months. He came for work and fahim Burney cast him in his very first project. This is how it went down:
He also shared that he gave Ali Raza a chance to work as a lead in a big project like Iqtidar as he has always tried to give new stars to this industry. He is happy how Ali has worked hard and Iqtidar has done well.
