Arshad Nadeem is a brilliant Pakistani javelin thrower who has made Pakistan proud after winning the gold medal in the Paris Olympics 2024. It was a historic win for Pakistan because Pakistan won any gold medal in Olympics after forty years. Not only this, Arshad Nadeem broke a record after 118 years by launching the longest throw. His throw was around 92.97-metre long. His second throw was also 91+ metres long. The ace Pakistani Javelin thrower’s second throw was the longest which was enough for him to secure a gold medal but he also launched the second longest throw in the advanced round of the final which solidified his victory.
The Pakistani nation has been celebrating Arshad Nadeem’s win and is waiting for him to reach back home. Well, a lot of rewards announcements have been made in this regard. A prize Cheque Announcement of 50 thousand dollars by the World Athletic Federation for all the Gold Medalist. Maryam Nawaz has announced ten crore rupees. Murtaza Wahab, Ahmed Shehzad, Ali Zafar, UBL, Karachi Electric and many others announced rewards for the javelin thrower. A Nishan E Imtiaz announcement is expected for Arshad Nadeem on 14th August.
