He is a heartthrob and he has been receiving immense love from Pakistanis all over the world for decades. The actor is definitely a successful actor and producer in Pakistan but now he has branched out and his debut role in The Netflix series The Crown did well.
Humayun Saeed played the role of Princess Diana’s love interest Dr Hasanat’s character and he looked so different from the characters he generally plays. It was also the first biographical role for Humayun Saeed. The actor was paired romantically as Dr Hasanat with Elizabeth Debicki’s Diana and also had some romantic scenes which are generally not accepted by the Pakistani public.
He was asked about his opinion on performing such controversial scenes in the series by Independent Urdu. Humayun said that he understands that such things are not accepted in Pakistan. He also said that there was not much hue and cry over the scenes as he thinks people understood that not any of these things are actually happening and those scenes were done very tastefully.
