Iffat Omar is a multi-talented Pakistani model, host, and actor. She began her showbiz career as a model in her teens but later switched to acting and established herself as a fine performer. Her claim-to-fame projects include Nangay Paaon, Ghulam Gardish, Mohabbat Aag Si, Aye Musht-e-Khaak, and Aangan. Iffat Omar has now taken a break from acting due to poor characterization and regressive scriptwriting in current dramas. She is known for her blunt personality and openly talks about her age, background, and her parents’ divorce.

Recently, in her podcast, Iffat Omar opened up about her struggles with finances and being judged for her looks and successful career.

Talking about it, Iffat Omar said, “My living was quite simple. I come from a very poor background, but I went to a good school. I had a very dark complexion, which was not considered acceptable, but I rose with that complexion and stood among the same people. I wasn’t fair, I didn’t have an affluent background, and I was living without a father. These insecurities pushed me into modeling. It surprised people that an extremely tanned girl could be a model too. Then I met a good person and got married. People even bet on it, saying the marriage wouldn’t work for more than six months, but I survived it. So somehow, my growth with this background surprised people and some did not like it” Here is the link to the video:
