Iftikhar Usmani talked about the sacrifices a mother makes for her child. She shared how his wife went through pregnancy and how difficult it is for a woman who suffers physically while she gives birth and the pains she goes through during breast feeding. He said that how can a child love someone else more than that mother who bore him.
He is dead against the idea of love marriages and said that a woman never gets respect in such unions and many a times these marriages end in a bitter divorce. He said that he was never brave enough to defy his parents in this regard and believes that their choice should be the one to be taken for marriage.
