Ducky Bhai is among the most followed YouTubers of Pakistan. He has been in a legal crisis recently as he was arrested by the NCCIA in the gambling apps case. He has been in jail for a few months now and he was not granted bail. An investigation has been going on about his alleged involvement in promoting gambling apps to his audience. Several other content creators were also named in the case but Ducky has been named the most famous one.
Ducky Bhai was facing several charges regarding scam and fraud as he was accused of promoting these apps to the public and many people ended up losing a lot of money. A new development has come up as Ducky Bhai has been finally granted bail by the Lahore High Court.
Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhary approved the bail with a surety bond of 1 million rupees. Ducky Bhai can further cooperate with the investigation out of custody. He had been in jail since August 17 and his bail applications in lower courts were rejected.
