Farhan Saeed and Hania Aamir played Hamza and Hala in the blockbuster drama Mere Humsafar. It was a Cinderella story where the prince aka Hamza comes and rescues Hala from the clutches of his own mother. The show went on to become a huge hit globally and both the lead stars received love and appreciation not just in Pakistan but in other countries as well. Mere Humsafar was written by Saira Raza and now she has sadly passed away. Her last drama is all set to air and we have Farhan again in the lead.

This time around Farhan Saeed is starring in Bas Tera Saath Ho and the teasers are out. Fans feel that he is the Hala this time. He is playing a male Cinderella and his situation is eerily similar to Hala from Mere Humsafar. The household chores to torn clothes, everything is echoing Hala and fans were quick to point this out.

One user wrote, “So Hamza became Hala now.” Another added, “Cinderella 2.0.” One said, “So we now have actors in actresses dominated fields.” One went, “This is completely male Hala.” Here is the reaction:
