Irshad Bhatti shared that he had to gone through hell for this podcast. He wanted to conduct this interview and he came to know that Meera will take a fee for this. He paid the agreed upon amount but Meera did not come on the agreed upon day. He then tried the other day and she was still not feeling it till 9 p.m. The actress then came to his house at 12 a.m. to which he said that the interview cannot be conducted as the camera team has gone back. Next day she came again to his house but things did not work out. She then asked him to go to the studio where the now viral podcast was recorded.
He said that he did not ask anything new. These questions have been asked from her a thousand times and he had informed her that she will be asked about such topics. She was okay with it and when she left, she told him that she will answer such questions again in the next podcast. He added that he also has respect as men are also respectable. He did not cross any line as this is about Meera’s public life. He also revealed that Meera was very happy with the response to this podcast. He is still ready to apologize to anyone whose feelings got hurt in this.
