It is getting millions of views and all the actors in Khaie have been applauded for their strong performances. Khaie is based on a tradition where among a conflict between two families, one family kills off all the male members of the other family. The tradition has been reported in KPK, Balochistan and rural areas of Punjab. But many people were not sure if this was real when the drama made its debut on television.

He had revealed that the drama Khaie is basically a fantasy world and they took inspiration from several cultures like he is wearing a Balochi shalwar while he kept a certain Pashtun accent to make his character look autentic.
