Pakistani dramas and series are doing extremely good at the moment. Fans and viewers want to see and hear all the good things about the Pakistani dramas. Well, rightly so, the dramas deserve all the appreciation because the makers put a lot of effort in making serials and series. Mehreen Jabbar’s recent thriller series Jurm is getting a lot of praise because of its amazing storyline, action and suspense. Fans are loving it, the series is soon ending.
Well, most of the fans are liking it because of ace actor Wahaj Ali who is garnering huge fame after his hit serial Tere Bin. Recently, a YouTuber Sabih Sumair has pointed out that the mini series Jurm is copy of the Indian documentary film (about a couple) The Honeymoon Murder which was released in 2010 in which a young couple got married and went to South Africa for Honeymoon where the lady was kidnapped and killed. Fans also commented on the video. One user said, ‘yes it is a copy of Honeymoon Murder’. Another user said, ‘its copy of Gone Girl’. One YouTube user said, ‘we invest so much time in dramas and in the end they turn out to be the copy’. Well, as usual Pakistani drama fans didn’t like this and said, ‘if you are pointing this out, you are not a Pakistani drama lover or fan’, however, most buffs were of the view that they should know about inspirations.
What do you think about the series? Is it copy or just an inspiration? Do let us know!
