Jamal Shah is a versatile and multi talented Pakistani artist known for his painting, sculpture, acting, and singing. He joined the media industry as a singer and composer from PTV Quetta Centre but later tried his luck in acting as well. His hit television dramas include Naqab-e-Sang, Jungle, Koh Kan, Band Gali, Madaar, Balay Shah, and Barish Ke Baad. Fans also praised his performance in ARY Digital’s Tere Ishq Ke Naam. Jamal Shah is married and has a beautiful family.

Recently, Jamal Shah gave a short interview to Nadia Khan on her morning show Rise and Shine, joining through a Zoom call. In the show, he opened up about the downfall of Bollywood.




While speaking about Bollywood’s decline, Jamal Shah said, “Nowadays, Bollywood has been politicised in a vulgar manner, and the narrative of Modi’s governance is being translated into their films. It has become a conservative cinema that portrays war mongering and it lacks creativity and the beauty of meaningful dialogue. It is now a typical, commercial, over-the-top action genre. The films being produced in the South are better than those in the North — some of them are very good — but by and large, it remains a trivial, vulgar cinema that lacks meaning and creativity now.” Here is the link to the video:
