Talking about it, Jannat Mirza said, “Well I think the script of the movie was a bit weak, let me tell you, Syed Noor is my uncle and I respect him a lot, that movie was good, I did it with my parents’permission, I don’t know why did he say this, and you have to have an up to date script and story in order to make a film successful. Also, I did the movie because I thought that I should try acting in films. They narrated a good story to me but it turned out to be something else. I didn’t do any homework, it was my debut, the male lead also made his debut through this film, he came from Canada. I got disappointed after watching it. At that time, I didn’t have any idea of reading the script before doing a movie. I admit that my followers didn’t come, I admit that people only come for a good storyline, sometimes Shahrukh Khan’s films don’t work. A lot of our big actors give flops, it’s all about script”
