Jia Ali is a super model and actress. She started her career with films in the late 90s and she managed to win hearts at the very start of her career. She is known for being blunt and straight-forward. The actress was a guest on Tauseeq Haider’s new podcast and spoke about her real age and how she has changed over the years.
Jia Ali was very open about her age and she revealed that she has turned 53 years old this year. She was very confident unlike many other women her age and shared that this is not a very old age. The 70s and 80s are when you really become senior. She is now fully mature, her mind is stable and she is at peace with her life. She never hides her age from anyone and does not understand the wisdom behind doing it.

Jia Ali has also evolved over the years. She revealed that she uses mud utensils and wooden spatulas to cook her food. She has cut down chemicals from her life. Her food is cooked in mud pots while all those utensils are then cleaned with soda and lemon. She does not want synthetic materials to enter her food. She added that her energy has gotten better with years and she is now emotionally very stable. This came from her mother who always used organic stuff.

Jia Ali also spoke about how she was not able to forgive people as easily as she can now. She took 30 years to forgive her father. Her parents had a rocky relationship and then they got divorced. She had seen violence in that bond and despite her mother’s encouragement to meet her father, it took her years to feel normal about that relationship. Meditation is what helped her in the end:
Jia Ali got married at a later age. She said that she married for herself and her brothers who wanted to see her settle down. She never took society’s pressure. She is happy that she took this decision on her own terms.
