Kanwar Arsalan is a former actor and husband to actress Fatima Effendi. He started his acting career in 2009 and left acting about a decade ago. He has since been in business and he has done well for himself. The actor started working with Yasir Nawaz as a business partner back in 2020. The duo were spotted together often as they were sharing a business.
Kanwar Arsalan and Yasir Nawaz opened a restaurant together by the name of Forest and they were often seen promoting it alongside their wives Fatima Effendi and Nida Yasir. The business did not work out and the restaurant has shut down. In FHM podcast, Kanwar has revealed that the business did not work because he had differences with Yasir Nawaz.
Kanwar shared that Forest did not work because he has a different mindset and he is strong-headed while Yasir had different opinions on how to run that business. He shared that How Nida Yasir told her husband that Kanwar was into business and they wanted to invest somewhere. They ended up working together but things never settled. They had issues over timing and for how long is someone present on the floor. They amicably parted ways and they are still on good terms. He added that they made good money and their problems were never financial.
