His show streams on Netflix and he recently did a special show with comedians where he remembered the comedy legend from Pakistan.
Amanullah Khan is the biggest name in standup comedy from South Asia. He has done thousands of shows both live ad on television. He has also worked in India and he has fans all over the region. The late superstar has also worked in films. Kapil Sharma took upon this opportunity as he honoured the legend on his Netflix show.
Kapil said that once the legendary Amanullah Khan told him that competition is generally between heroes and heroines. Us comedians are doing a noble job. We bring smiles to everyone’s faces and we should always focus on that. Some might get a bigger laughter than the others but the cause is at the end of the day very noble i.e. spreading smiles.
