Kashif Nisar is a star director who has given some of the best work in the past few years. He is a story teller who believes in the beauty and authenticity of the story and not just commercialism of the lead cast. He has been the powerhouse behind Dil Na Umeed To Nahi, Raqeeb Se, Dar Si Jati Hai Sila and many others. He just gave Aik Aur Pakeezah which is his last drama for a major channel.
After the revelation that the star director will not work with big channels, the audience was waiting for his comeback and where will they be able to catch his projects and he has now shared his vision and a glimpse of his upcoming project. Kashif Nisar is all set to launch his own digital platform by October-November 2026 and he has announced his first drama on it.
The first project of the platform will be a series comprising 8 or more episodes titled Bazigar. It is based on a famous novel by the author Shakeel Adil Zada and the story is based in an old era. This will be a period drama and the shooting will start in August. The cast will be announced by then.
