Kiran Khan is a renowned Pakistani television host best known for her brilliant hosting on Masala TV, her acting in various drama serials, and her modeling. Outside of her solo career, she is also the sister of model and actor Amber Khan. In September, Kiran Khan made headlines after marrying famous Pakistani business tycoon Mirza Ishtiaq Baig. The couple had their Nikah ceremony at Masjid al-Haram and performed Umrah together.

Recently, Kiran Khan gave an interview to Nadia Khan for her morning show, Rise & Shine. In the interview, she revealed all the details of her marriage with Mirza Ishtiaq Baig.

Talking about her decision to marry Mirza Ishtiaq Baig, Kiran Khan said, “There is a saying that we met because God knew we needed each other, and that God knows exactly what we need. Because of the way it all happened and how smoothly everything went, I truly believe that. Although we already knew each other—since I worked for his foundation—I think he needed someone in his life. You know, I didn’t initially want to marry.”
She further added, “We regret not meeting earlier. I think he was afraid of letting someone into his life, and I had the exact same fear. For a long time, I lived alone, but now I realize we were missing out on a lot of things. It is a great feeling to be together and share the small things in life. It was simply the need of the hour.”
She continued, “He proposed to me first. He thought that maybe I was the girl with whom he could spend the rest of his life. He didn’t prolong our relationship; instead, he met my family and acted very maturely, settling everything then and there. I agreed with his decision, and since it happened so quickly, I accepted it as a divine happening.”
When asked how it feels to wake up in a palace, Kiran said, “Whether a house is big or small has never mattered to me. What is important is the feeling of having a home where you truly belong. Yes, money is important in life, but it is not something you should chase. I am not after money; I have already lived a good life. I don’t know why people criticized me by claiming I went from rags to riches, because I have worked and earned my own living all my life.” Watch here:
