Komal Meer said that she has always been underweight and she has dealt with eating disorders. She recently started gaining weight as she was told that she should look a bit healthier if she wants to appear on the big screen. She did not do much and did not think about her appetite. She just gained weight normally. Her skin got better and she felt healthier. She did not realize that she was gaining the most weight on her face and her face looked bloated.
She said that people were trolling that she has gotten fillers. She has done nothing to her face and she has just put on 6 kgs which mostly showed on her face. She realized after seeing herself on the screen that her face looks changed. Though she felt prettier in real life, her face did look bloated initially. She added that she does not care what people say and she is living her life on her onw terms.
