Recently, Laiba Khan appeared on Hasna Mana Hai. During the show, she clarified her edited statement about Saba Qamar and also revealed how Saba reacted to the controversy.
Speaking about it, Laiba Khan said, “Let me clear this once and for all so that people with useless brains know the truth. The anchor asked what profession Saba Qamar would have chosen if she were not an actor. I paused and said she would be a lawyer. Someone took that part and edited it with another segment where I was talking about something else. I salute the mind of the person who edited it—it went viral, and everyone started saying I shouldn’t have said that. But there is a thing called a brain. Anyone who has brain cells can go and watch the full show. An actress’s husband even posted a story about it, and when I told him the reality, he deleted it. Let me clarify that Saba Qamar is a great actress. I have worked with her, and she once even predicted that I would be a big star one day. When this controversy began, someone informed Saba. I clarified everything to her, and she sent me love and prayers, telling me not to pay heed to stupid people.”
