Laila is an actress who has worked in films and on television. She started her career at the age of 14 and she has since not looked back. She is liked for her distinct style of speaking and she never shies away from speaking about the struggles in her life and how she has changed over the years. She is all set to appear on television and she will be making her debut with a Khalil ur Rehman Qamar script.
Laila revealed that she is all set to work in television but she has experienced something very negative in the very start. She spoke about a drama and locked all the dates for the shoot. She was all set to leave for Karachi when she got a call that our producers have heard that you are hard to work with and she was replaced in the drama.

Laila also called out the Karachi industry for being unwelcoming. She said that Karachi does not welcome or recognize old superstars. She said that for example Meera is now producing her own film despite giving a hit like Baji. They do not call on names who have a huge following and who can boost a drama. The industry in Lahore used to be far more welcoming. Karachi also needs to be open-minded about artists of Punjab.
