Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan are the OG couple of modern Pakistani television. The revival of Pakistani dramas started with Humsafar and both of them, not only became household names, but also superstars in the country. They have since worked both in Pakistan and internationally and fans love them. They have a loyal fan following who have always supported them through thick and thin. They are now coming back together again in Neelofar which will release on 28th November 2025.
Both Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan have been meeting fans as they are promting their film. They were recently in Dubai where they interacted with both media and fans. During one interaction, Fawad Khan acknowledged how he had seen some tough times lately but acknowledged how his fans have stood by him. They have always shown him love and he is grateful for all this love, though many times he probably cannot show his gratefulness as he is not active on social media. Mahira Khan, who is Fawad’s friend, was emotional at this acknowledgment and had tears in her eyes.
