A video from Mina tent is going viral on social media in which an Indonesian man entered the female tent to present a flower to his wife. The man was wearing a traditional Indonesian white dress while the woman was sitting at her place wearing a scarf. She was happy and shy to receive the flower, and the other female pilgrims started laughing to see her husband’s unexpected stunt. Here is the link to the video:
Social media users are quite angry at the man for invading women’s privacy, which is a strictly prohibited act in Islam. Fans are of the view that during Hajj one has to be very careful and shouldn’t be near na-mehrams. A fan wrote, “This is not funny; it is a very shameful act.” Another wrote, “We have seen Indonesian and Malaysian people at Hajj; they are very bold. May Allah forgive us.” Another wrote, “It seems more like a picnic camp than a Mina camp.” A fan wrote, “Please, this is not funny, and it should not be glorified, as no man can enter a women’s tent like this. So please stop praising this act, and we should not circulate this video.” Almost everyone said that it is a shameful act.
